Shipping & Logistics
We typically work with freight forwarders. If the customer has a freight forwarder, we will ship the goods to the location by the customer’s freight forwarder; if not, we can help find one and arrange shipment.
Sea freight: Best suited for large orders. Air freight: Faster for small and medium-sized orders. Express delivery: (DHL, FedEx, UPS) Best suited for samples or urgent packages.
Single pen: 1pc/OPP bag, 50pcs/INNER bag, 500pcs/MASTER CARTON. Set regalo: Custom-designed boxes (cardboard, leatherette, or metal) or paper handbag.
Payment & Terms
New Clients: 30% deposit, balance before shipment. Letter of Credit: At sight L/C is acceptable. Long-term Clients: Flexible terms can be discussed based on history and order value. We can accept the Pingpong, Paypal, Alipay and so on.

Quality & After‑sales
All products go through strict QC. If defects are confirmed, please provide photos/videos within 7 giorni. We will replace or compensate accordingly.
